Training Course

The main aim of the training course is to raise the quality of coaching practice within the framework of the YiA program according to the current „definition“ of a coach and coachee in the Program guide
Objectives:
- to understand coaching process according to ICF standards
- to gain basic coaching competences
- to get familiar with different coaching tools
- to practice individual coaching in safe environment
get familiar with the basics of team coaching
- to explore the possibilities of implementing coaching within the next generation youth programme
- to introduce and share good coaching practices in YiA program
- to support transfer of professional coaching practice to YiA realities
Profile of participants:
•for experienced applicants or support persons of Youth in Action program (e.g. project coordinators, youth workers, NA representatives, EVS mentors or supervisors, trainers cooperating with NA´s, etc.)
•participants are expected to attend full duration of the training course
•are fluent in English
•age over 18
•ready to implement coaching in they everyday pracitce
Training is NOT for experienced coaches or newcomers in Youth in Action program.

Costs
This project is financed by the Youth in Action Programme. Being selected for this course, all costs (accommodation, travel, etc.) relevant to participation in the course will be covered by the NAs involved in this project - except a participation fee which varies from call to call and country to country.
Please contact your National Agency to learn more about the financial details, and how to arrange the booking of your travel tickets and the reimbursement of your travel expenses.
