Plan Your summer vacation wise! Imagine your professional career after one month spent at Los Banos Laguna on professional Training of Trainers. Grasp the opportunity for international certification for worldwide known experiential CEFE Methodology.
The CEFE ToT offers real life situation in which entrepreneurs and trainers are facing and challenged. We will not lecturing you how big companies as "Coca Cola" or "Ford" succeeded. The focus of this training is "You" (future trainers).
You will learn and experience how to facilitate Structured Learning Exercises and techniques on Unlocking Competencies, values orientation, Project Identification, competencies on Marketing, Production, Management, Teamwork, Finance, etc.
Output: You will produce a complete Business Plan and Training Plan; you will become a CEFE experiential trainer. You can be licensed as a CEFE Trainer and you open your opportunities to conduct programs in more than 80 countries (Europe, South America, Africa, Asia-Pacific) where CEFE is implemented.
WHAT IS CEFE?
CEFE is a comprehensive set of training instruments using an action-oriented approach and experiential learning methods to develop and enhance the business management and personal competencies of a wide range of target groups, mostly in the context of income and employment generation and sustainable economic development.

Tuition fee: 1,500 euros (Full board and Lodging)
