Campaining for youth activisation

main objective of the training will be education of 30 young people from 10 different countries of the EU and the Balkans on the various methods of raising youth activism and participation in various democratic processes.
One of the main activities of youth organizations in Europe today are public relations aimed at getting attention of young people, community and decision makers about various problems that are defined on the basis of experiences, but also different surveys and other methods. Young people today are getting seven times more information during a year of their lives than our ancestors 100 years ago during their entire life. How to create and send an effective message to the youth in our communities? What channels communications are used in the era of the Internet and such fast life? What are the main stages of a successful campaign? In addition to the answers to these questions, the main objective of the training will be education of 30 young people from 10 different countries of the EU and the Balkans on the various methods of raising youth activism and participation in various democratic processes. Methodology used during training will be based on various forms of non-formal education, such as: simulations, rope plays, expert lectures, experience sharing, etc. Each partner organization of project will get 3 volunteers / activists ready to professionally develop, plan and implement local and national campaign whose main target group is young people and other stakeholders involved in life in young people as well as to act as multipliers. Project will be hosted by Omladinska kulturna organizacija in Mladenovac, Serbia. It will involve young people from Serbia, the UK, Croatia, Turkey, Romania, Albania, Kosovo and Slovenia, Montenegro and Italy.

No participation fee. Food and accomodation provided. 70% of travel costs will be reimbursed to participants.
