The “Life after Among Others ” webinar will take place Oct 14th 3-5 pm CET. This is the third of a series of 3 interactive webinars leading up to the “Among Others” annual international seminar (online) Nov 17th -19th 2021

Context; The “Life after among others ” webinar is the third  of 3 interactive webinars leading up to the “Among Others” seminar on November 17th -20th 20021. The long-term project ‘Among Others: Non-formal learning in higher education institutions: Developing intercultural competence in practice’, is aimed at exploring how non-formal methods can help develop intercultural competence in higher education. 

The aim of this webinar is to;

- To bring together  students from Universities in participating countries to explore Intercultural Competence  in an international context.

- To explore various  national contexts of  promoting intercultural competence in the field of YOuth Work and non formal learning 

- To discuss how  Youth Workers can  support young people to become more interculturally competent. 

 

 

On completion of this webinar participants will;

-Understand the impact of Among others on students and how these workshops influenced their practice 

-Have reconnected with the AO concept and values

-Shared experiences of AO concepts and values in practice

-Shared examples of how to continue to implement these principles in their practice
