Call for Trainers Tolerance 360 - Training Course for Youth Workers
Description
“Tolerance 360” is a ten- day training course hosted by European House, Denmark that aims to equip youth workers with a reflective understanding of tolerance and skills to disseminate the acquired reflections through local activities with young people.
The training course will bring together 30 youth workers coming from the participating countries and will take place in Slettestrand, Denmark between the 25th November and 4th December 2019, the 25th being arrival day and the 4th being departure day.
The objectives of the project, aimed at training youth workers, are enlisted blow;
The Training Course will be conducted in English. The training course is non-academic, and it is based on non-formal education. The methods applied by the trainers/facilitators are mainly, but not exclusively, interactive. Requested trainer profile

Working conditions
The European House and InterCollege, first and foremost considers this position to be an opportunity for an aspiring trainer to build their experience, network and portfolio. 150€ will be offered as an honorarium for support in the whole duration of the training programme (10 days incl arrival and departure). A budget will be provided for travel costs. Food and accommodation will be provided for the duration of the activity. The training assistant, will among others, have responsibility for the following deliveries:
