Creation of NFE tools to inform young refugees on legal framework

Description

We are looking forward for a NFE trainer that will guide a group of young people with and without refugee background (Project I)/ a group of youth workers from different countries (Project II) in the development of NFE tools to provide young refugees with relevant knowledge on 1. the Dublin Regulation and risks of irregular secondary movments 2. the existing European mobility programs (youth exchange, voluntary service etc.) and how to access them as a refugee.
Possible NFE tools could be a simulation game, a board game, a card game.

Requested trainer profile

Language skills: fluent in English

Required competences and Experience: experience in the shaping, consolidating and testing of NFE tools, broad knowledge of the different tools used in NFE.

Experience in the use of NFE in the work with young refugees desirable.

Working conditions

- Project 1:
2-3 days (5-6 hours), October- November 2019. Concrete dates yet to be fixed with the trainer. Material will be provided.

The training will take place in Witten, Germany. Trainers from the surrounding areas are prefered by in case of need lodging can be provided.

Remuneration: 450€/ day

- Project 2:
17-22/11/19- 2-4 trainings of 2 hours eached. Concrete setting depends on the qualification of the trainer. Material will be provided.

The training will take place in Solingen. Lodging can be provided.

Remuneration: 150€/ training

Team composition

Project 1:
collaboration with the project coordination of migration_miteinander's activitiy: moveurope! who will ensure the respect of the legal framework

Project 2:
Collaboration with three other trainers/ Facilitators:

2 trainers in the framework of moveurope!
1 NFE trainer
