Call for facilitators: International European Solidarity Corps Quality Label Experts meeting

The National Agency Tempus Public Foundation, Hungary is looking for 2 facilitators who will be involved in the reporting of the “International Quality Label Experts meeting”, in the frame of the European Solidarity Corps. 

“International Quality Label Experts meeting” is a 3,5 (start with informal evening programme) working days meeting focused on the European Solidarity Corps Quality Label procedures.

The meeting will be an opportunity for sharing experiences with Quality Label - accreditations in Programme and Partner countries, finding common understanding of quality standards in the Quality Label (QL) process, better understanding of knowledge of the Quality Label and the role of experts in the process of QL. At the same time, the meeting should support the motivation of experts and their personal and professional development needed for further work within the volunteering Quality Label/Accreditation processes. The meeting should also significantly contribute to improving the quality of the process of Quality Label as such.

The meeting is organized by the Hungarian National Agency in cooperation with the European Solidarity Corps Resource Centre and the international Quality Label Working Group.

Objectives of the meeting

The overall aim of the meeting is improving the quality of the existing Quality Label (QL) process and of the work of QL experts.

Quality Label experts will have the opportunity to 

1) share experience, learn from each other, harness the expertise and knowledge existing in the network of the QL experts; 

2) facilitate connections and consolidate community culture among external and internal QL experts; 

3) learn about the QL process in the Solidarity Corps Programme and the procedures for the different actions directly from the Commission; 

4) reflect on and discuss the different roles of the QL experts;

5) have space and time to reflect on the specific challenges of our times - and formulate recommendations for the future of accreditation/Quality Label procedures in the future Erasmus+ Programme

The target group of the meeting

The meeting is addressed to representatives of National Agencies and SALTO Resource Centres responsible for the Quality Label agenda (assessment & monitoring), for external Quality Label experts no matter of the experience, from programme and partner countries. 

 

Dates and venue

16-20 November 2026 (informal welcome on 16 evening – full working days on 17-19, departure on 20) The meeting will be held residential in Hungary

Requested trainer profile

Candidates shall:

  • Demonstrate solid experience in facilitating international training courses, seminars, or similar learning activities.
  • Have proven experience in working with large groups (approximately 50–80 participants).
  • Possess in-depth knowledge and practical experience related to the topic of the meeting.
  • Have a strong understanding of the European Solidarity Corps Programme, particularly the Quality Label process.
  • Be able to support peer learning, knowledge exchange, and the co-creation of shared understanding among participants from different countries and institutional backgrounds.
  • Show experience in fostering networking, community building, and collaborative environments among professionals.
  • Be capable of facilitating reflection and discussions on roles, challenges, and future developments within the Quality Label framework.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to adapt the programme to participants’ needs and emerging dynamics.
  • Be able to work effectively in an international and multicultural team.
  • Have an excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrate up-to-date digital competencies, including the use of online conference and facilitation tools.
  • Experience with online/open agenda tools is considered an asset.
  • Hold a valid EU VAT number for contractual purposes. 
  • Tasks/duties of facilitators
  • Cooperate closely with co-facilitators, the reporting team, and the preparatory team throughout all phases of the activity.
  • Actively participate in preparatory meetings (online) to ensure a shared understanding of objectives, content, and methodology.
  • Design and prepare the methodological approach and overall flow of the meeting, in line with its objectives.
  • Facilitate and implement the meeting, including plenary sessions and group processes, ensuring active participation and engagement of all participants.
  • Adapt the programme and facilitation approach as needed during the activity.
  • Lead and support the evaluation of the meeting, including both ongoing and final evaluation processes.
  • Contribute to the documentation of the meeting by supporting the rapporteur and ensuring alignment between facilitation outcomes and reporting.

Working conditions

Facilitators’ fee

Daily fee: 340 € 

Days calculation: 3,5 days for preparation and 2 days evaluation/follow-up (including individual and team preparation, on-going and final evaluation directly after the training + final report) 3,5 working days during the meeting

Overall: 3,5 days x 2 + 2 days = 9 days

Total fee: 9 x 340 € = 3060€

It is important to highlight that due to contracting regulations an EU VAT number is required.

Board, lodging and travel costs to reach the venue are fully covered for the duration of the meeting.
