Call for accreditors in the Eastern Partnership countries and Russia

SALTO EECA is looking for experts to conduct accreditations of youth organisations in the countries of the Eastern Partnership (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine) and in Russia applying for Quality Label in frames of European Solidarity Corps programme and to conduct monitorings of already accredited organisations.


Quality Label assesors (accreditors) are responsible for performing quality assessment of organisations interested in participation in European Solidarity Corps programme in the countries of the Eastern Partnership and in Russia. This includes:

  • verification of documents of organisations applying for Quality Label;
  • meeting with organisations, including interview with the staff and visitation of the work space;
  • preparation of report after the visit;
  • communication and cooperation with SALTO EECA staff.


  • Experience in implementation of volunteering projects in frames of European Voluntary Service (EVS) or European Solidarity Corps as a project coordinator or a person supporting a project or/and experience in implementation of training activities on the topic of volunteering projects within above mentioned programmes,  
  • Experience in implementation of projects in the area of informal education of youth and persons working with youth in one of the EaP countries or in the Russian Federation, e.g. as project coordinator. educator, informal education trainer, pedagogue, instructor, tutor, expert, inspector, researcher etc.
  • Knowledge about aims and methods of implementation of European Solidarity Corps volunteering projects.
  • Fluent English on minimal level B2.
  • Practical computer skills (MS Office, IT tools for online submission of documents),

Assessment criteria:

  • Experience in implementation of volunteering projects different than mentioned in the requirement section in frames of EVS, Erasmus+ and/or European Solidarity Corps or training activities on the topic of management of volunteering projects
  • Experience in implementation of projects in frames of different volunteering programmes than EVS/ESC;
  • Experience in conducting accreditations for Erasmus+/ESC programme
  • Experience in conducting accreditation for other educational/volunteering OR in assessment of grant applications for other educational/volunteering programmes
  • Fluency in official language(s) of the EaP and/or Russia.

What is the application procedure?

  • The whole procedure is based on rules of request for a proposal and specified in the documents available under this link. Please, pay special attention to the "Request for a proposal" document, as it describes all the procedure and selection criteria
  • Applicants are asked to complete ALL the required documents.
  • The documents are available in two language versions: Polish and English. You can complete the documents in only one of the two languages.
  • The completed documents should be sent by email to the address specified in "Request for a proposal" by 18 of January 2021, 12:00 h CET.
  • The selection results will be announced in the beginning of February.

SALTO EECA will select the candidates who fulfill all the requirements and who received the highest number of points in the listed criteria.

PLEASE NOTE: Eligible applicants should not perform  the function of a coordinator of volunteering projects in frames of European Voluntary Service, Erasmus+ or European Solidarity Corps  in the period of 12 months preceding submission of proposals or during performing of the contract with SALTO EECA.

The contracts will be valid for 2 years from the date of signing.
