The SNAC aims to create new (or renewed) dynamics for the cooperation between Programme and Neighbouring Partner countries, in particular to:

support quality partnerships and projects between Programme and Neighbouring Partner countries;
contribute to further developing youth work and its recognition in the participating countries;
give more visibility to the experiences and expertise that have been and will be further developed in this field;
advocate for the further development of the Programmes considering the needs of partner countries.

- PBA ESC - Volunteering Beyond Borders, 25 – 29 June 2023, Prague, host: CZ NA, up to 80 participants
- CMS on Erasmus+, KA1 – specifically for accredited organisations from Programme countries and organisations from partner countries, November 2023, Slovenia, host: SI NA, up to 50 participants
