1. Programme news

European Solidarity Corps Programme Guide and Call for Proposals for 2019 published

The Programme Guide for European Solidarity Corps and the Call for Proposals and deadlines for 2019 are published on the web page of the European Solidarity Corps Organisations from Western Balkan Partner countries can be partners in the Volunteering strand, which is composed of Volunteering Projects, Volunteering Partnerships and Volunteering Teams in high priority areas. Applications for these projects can be submitted by organisations from ESC Programme countries (currently all EU member states) to their National Agency.

Erasmus+ Capacity Building in the field of youth - Call for 2019

The Call for Erasmus+ Youth Capacity Building 2019 call is published on the EACEA website Guidelines on how to apply as well as FAQs have been further developed and improved.

EACEA colleagues held a webinar on Tuesday, 18 December 2018. The presentation used in the webinar is is already available at: and the recorded session should be available before Christmas on the web site of the call.

2. Open calls

Project Lab: How to design your project in Erasmus+: Youth in Action?

The Project Lab will be organised from 11 - 13 March 2019 in Bonn, Germany, and it is open for participants from organisations from the Western Balkan region, Germany, Belgium and Slovenia. More information

YOCOMO 2 – The Trigger for attitudes and behaviours - Second pilot course on working on and with the ETS competence model for youth workers to work internationally

The training course will be held from 6-12 May 2019 in Bornheim-Walberberg, Germany. More information

3. Suggested reading for the holiday break - The new website of the international project about Youth Work against Violent Radicalisation developed by several National Agencies and the Youth Partnership presents resources about the topic of building young people's resilience against violent radicalisation as well as videos, interviews with youth workers and impressions of the seminar on the topic held at the end of November in Tirana, Albania.
