Training Course on Inclusion Feel It
The overall aim was to promote the use of the Youth in Action programme – and more specifically the work with young people with less opportunities – and to enhance the quality of the projects with these target groups.
AIMS and OBJECTIVES:
Bring together people working with young people with less opportunities (within or outside the YOUTH programme) to exchange working practice with the target group in question.
Create a common understanding of what Inclusion and Youth programme are and what not.
Develop knowledge, tools, attitudes and skills for coaching young people from disadvantaged backgrounds during a Youth programme projects and helping the young people to develop an ownership of the project.
Increase the knowledge and awareness of involving disadvantaged youths to the NGO life and social life
To bring together young people who have ideas for Transnational Youth Initiative projects.
To exchange local/international experiences and use them to start Transnational Youth Initiative projects.
To provide knowledge and to show new ways about inclusion.
To underline the importance of local impact in Translational Youth Initiatives.
To support organizations on developing new projects and partnerships.
To acquire project management and communication competencies for international activities.
PARTICIPANTS' PROFILE:
Project organizers and Youth leaders working with the disabled and disadvantaged people
able to talk and work in English
Members or workers of NGO’s which are working with disadvantaged youngsters
Youngsters who are motivated To organize projects on inclusion
Disabled or disadvantaged youngsters who are member of an NGO or a group which can implement a project.

Hosting costs (accommodation, food, program activities, local transport) will be covered by Turkish National Agency
Sending costs (international travel costs, visa and insurance cost) will be covered by the National Agencies sending participants to the seminar. Please contact with the National Agency about traveling costs and co-financing before filling in the application form.
