| Details | EVS Garden is a beautiful place, where we will learn together, how to help our volunteers to grow, how to support them in their growing, what is the quality fertilising and watering, when is the right timing for garden work, how to recognize the ripe fruit, how to pick them and how we can use them...We will share the practise, experiences, skills and knowledge between the gardeneres from EU countries and EECA region (Eastern Europe and Caucasus). If you feel you are the gardener (mentor, coordinator,Ex-EVS), who needs and wants to grow and learn how to support the growing of your EVS volunteers, our learning garden in the middle of Europe is there just for you. Program Elements: - learning process (learning circle) in EVS - tools to support learning process of EVS volunteers - tools and methods to develop key-competences and improve quality of EVS projects - intro to Youthpass (in connection to development of key-competences) - exchange of experiences, (EAST – WEST) - development of cooperation (partnership building) |
| Costs | The board and lodging during the training course for all participants will be provided by Czech National Agency, visa and 50% of travel costs for participants from EECA countries will be covered by Czech NA (original invoices and boarding passes needed), travel costs of participants from EU Programme countries will be paid by their National Agencies (check with your NA), travel insurance has to be paid by participants. |
