"trails&errors" - creative revolution step 1.
"Trials & errors" is a TC on creativity as a tool for coping with challenges and problems. It aims at promoting the use of creativity to support youngsters in coping with difficulties & establishing contact with themselves, their creativity and the group.
dear everyone!
we invite you to our first step of the creative revolution,
which started for us on the "upcycle all you can" training course in derry, northern ireland.
(a blog with pictures and short films from derry you will find under:
http://fromtrashtotreasure.wordpress.com/)
the first step is a creativity training "trials & errors" on september 18-24 in klosterdorf, berlin, germany.
friday, september 18 is arrival, thursday, september 24 - departure.
the schedule you will find attached.
in our creative revolution
we care and act for
more primary creativeness (inspired by a.h. maslow), meaning
more playfulness, fantasy, childishness, emotions, letting loose and going crazy in every day life.
we want people to more actively and consciously make decisions in their everyday life
and have the feeling of ownership over their life, the society they create and are a part of and mankind in the end.
it might sound a bit crazy, big and idealistic,
and i guess this is what we're doing :)
we feel we need a change.
and you are invited.
we invite 4 participants from each country (germany, poland, bulgaria and portugal).
if you want to come - contact your national coordinator and they will let us know who is coming.
portugal - pedro: pedronsrodrigues@gmail.com
poland - karolina: iwa.karolina@gmail.com
germany - antonia: antonia.weisz@gmx.de

we ask all participants to prepare for this training through the following:
= reflect over your cultural background on trails & errors - how is it in your country, are trails allowed? what is seen as error? what are the consequences of making an error?
= bring things fro the inspiration corner - bring what inspires you - words, pictures, sentences, shapes, objects - less than 0.5 kg, less than 2 m2, less than 100 words
= bring a fairy-tale / story that is often told in your country and which you heard in your childhood, telling about trying out things, failing, not giving up, accepting failure, fighting.
