master student of international relations; working as a free lance trainer in HRE and as facilitator at intercultural events (also other topics as EU, social inclusion, cross-border co-operation,...)

In 2004 I participated and completed several training for trainers and specialised in Human Rights Education. The most important training for me in that year was the National training for trainers from the Slovenian national Youth council.
The following year in 2005 I was one of 9 trainers who completed and are now certified in Slovenia as National Human Rights Education trainers of the Compass programme of the Council of Europe.
In 2005 I also finished my trial period and became a full member of the international training team of the Youth Education Center Kurt Loevenstein in Werftpfuhl, Germany.
In the fall of 2005 I got accepted as a participant of a 2 years special Council of Europe project ACT-HRE (Advanced Compass training in Human Rights Education), which finished in March 2008.
I'm also a part of the pool of trainers of the Slovenian national youth council and was regularly leading EVS trainings up until 2010.
Since February 2007 I'm also a trainer in the European Youth Forum Pool of Trainers and Facilitators.
In 2008 I accomplished, additional to my university requirements, 2 french language courses and have since then lead short workshops in French.
In September 2009 I graduated (4 - year bachelor) in International Relations
In January 2010 I have received a diploma for successfully completing an international project management school "Human Rights in Development Co-operation", which represents a culmination of the extensive work I have been doing in 2009 on an Africa-Europe Youth co-operation project.
I started a master programme in International Relations in 2009.
From April 2010 until November 2010 I was working as a stagiaire (intern) at the Slovenian Permanent Representation to the Council of Europe in Strasbourg.
All these and many more educational experiences make me the kind of a trainer I am right now; full of energy, knowledgeable, positive and very serious when it comes to fulfilling my aims and objectives. At the same time I have learned that flexibility and adjust-ability are as well great values; but above all it is the true belief in people and the sincere relationship you get to establish with your participants that I cherish mostly.
As Freire said, true education, that does not reproduce is the education where the teacher (trainer) also becomes the student (participant) and the student also becomes the teacher.
