Nebojsa Nick Djeric
Why me?
I am well-experienced educator/trainer, youth worker and animator. I am actively involved in NGO sector from 1995 working as a volunteer, project manager, youth worker, educator/facilitator on different local, national and international youth projects.
From 2000 I am working as a trainer of non-formal education using Youth Programme (Youth in Action Programme). I love to work as a trainer/educator. I really like to work with people (especially young people). All my life is connected to working with youngsters, what really inspires and motivates me. The work (trainings) with people gives me positive energy and it also represents a challenge for me. I am capable of both individual and team work.
I think that education is a powerful tool. Combining non-formal and formal education, experience + theory make a people different.
I think I am very good as a trainer. Still, I am aware of the fact that good trainer will never stop learning and improving trainer skills, because every new training is a new experience and new chance to learn something more.
I like to be actively involved in the team with other (international) trainers because, in that way, we can learn one from each other and improve our skills and knowledge using our own experiences from various situations and different countries where we previously worked.
I am open-minded, friendly, communicative, positive, tolerant and ready to implement/experiment my own new methods (connected to techniques of animations and methods used in my work in theater) in order to animate people to get actively involved in workshops and training activities.
As a trainer/facilitator I have good interaction with group participants which means that I am flexible/adaptable and capable of noticing their needs and I am able to manage and recognize processes in the group as the training unfolds.
And finally…about trainer expenses!
Come on… don’t be afraid… I am so cheap (means not too expensive) :)
We can make a deal!
I am open for cooperation and still waiting for your call, people!
So...Still not convinced?!?
