Work experience
During my studies I volunteered for a local ngo as well as for a national umbrella organisation for 6 years in the beginning of 90's. Between 1996-2011 I worked as a civil servant for the Hungarian govermental youth service (Mobilitás) as training officer, as director for international affairs, as director general and as senior policy advisor. Besides I also work as trainer in the field of youth from 2000. Since 2011 I am a freelance trainer and consultant. I am a member of the Trainers' Pool of the Council of Europe, and I am an expert of the European Commission Aganecy (Audiovisiual, Culture and Education).

Educational pathway
I have two universitiy degrees (MA), one in Language teaching and Pedagogy and one in Employment market economy and human resource management. I am also a certified change management consultant (British Know How Fund). I have a public administration degree (Hungarian and European) and I also completed a training course for non-formal education trainers.
