I am free lance trainer in the field of non-formal education, recently working a lot with the design of recognition systems and use of online tools and gamification in educational settings.

I designed and delivered more than 220 international training seminars, courses and conferences for National Agencies, SALTO-YOUTH resources centres, Council of Europe and a number of non-governmental organisations in Europe and beyond.
