Ieva has been involved in youth work since 2001. Firstly as a participant, active member of youth organizations, EVS volunteer and then as a project coordinator, civil society activist, NFL trainer and expert (accreditor, project evaluator, etc.). Since ~2007 Ieva has facilitated over 200 non-formal learning trainings and seminars. Main themes: E+ and NFL, youth empowerment, active citizenship, ICL, diversity, inclusion, gender equality, learning in the nature/outdoors, kinesthetic learning.
