European Union Delegation to Turkey - European Union Sivil Düşün Programme, Independent Project Evaluator: Evaluating the applications submitted to European Union Sivil Düşün Programme in Turkey, a programme carried out on behalf of the European Union Delegation to Turkey (EUD) in order to support activists and civil society organisations carrying out work in Turkey. The evaluation procedures include the identification of compliance of the application to the programme priorities, connection with rights-based agenda in Turkey and recommendations for the further development of the proposed action or work. Periodic evaluation reports on the overall status and quality of applications evaluated and recommendations on specific rights fields are also prepared for the reference of EUD and the Technical Assistance Team of Sivil Düşün.

Council of Europe - External Educational Advisor: Planning, implementing and evaluating non-formal education and training activities in the European Youth Centres and in member states, such as study sessions, training courses, consultative meetings, symposiums and seminars. Evaluating and ensuring quality development of activities and projects in terms of educational content, methodology, and impact. Assuring administrative follow-up, monitoring, and reporting of activities. Producing and editing publications and texts for online publishing and visibility of activities and projects, facilitating e-learning modules.

Sakarya University - International Projects Coordinator: Coordinating the administrative and financial communications to project staff. Tracking and monitoring project expenses, reviewing and processing monthly reports. Assisting in preparation of reports, presentations and other project deliverables.

Program Coordinator at one of the world’s largest educational exchange organisation, working to advance learning across cultures. Coordinating and managing student exchanges as well as writing and executing new youth projects. Mediating between students and host families in case they have problems. Giving trainings to the students and to the volunteers about conflict resolution techniques.

Worked in the Gambia. Coordinating and monitoring the projects which have a total number of 30 000 beneficiaries. Giving trainings to the partner Gambian NGO. Developing new sustainable development projects on the ground.

Istanbul Policy Center - Project assistant of the workshop entitled as "Reinvigorating Turkish-American Relations". Facilitator at the event that focused on creating a sustained and more fruitful dialogue between the two countries. The participants divided into three working groups on Armenian-Turkish Relations, Civil Society-Misunderstandings and Misperceptions, and Iraq. Senior lobbyist Lydia Borland also participated in the workshop via conference call.
