Involved in non-formal education because believes that it is an effective way to incite critical thinking as well as empowering the minorities. Main areas of interest: social inclusion, conflict management, peace-building, active citizenship. Being fluent in English and French (as well as Persian and Turkish) gave the opportunity to run trainings in various parts of the world. Hence, had the chance to embrace different approaches to learning and enrich his approach to training accordingly.

European Union Delegation to Turkey - European Union Sivil Düşün Programme, Independent Project Evaluator: Evaluating the applications submitted to European Union Sivil Düşün Programme in Turkey, a programme carried out on behalf of the European Union Delegation to Turkey (EUD) in order to support activists and civil society organisations carrying out work in Turkey. The evaluation procedures include the identification of compliance of the application to the programme priorities, connection with rights-based agenda in Turkey and recommendations for the further development of the proposed action or work. Periodic evaluation reports on the overall status and quality of applications evaluated and recommendations on specific rights fields are also prepared for the reference of EUD and the Technical Assistance Team of Sivil Düşün.
