Work experience
I have been working in Youth field as youth worker for 10 years.I have participated several training courses and youth events and worked actively in European and Local organizations. recently I am working as freelance trainer with Turkish NA and Turkish Democracy Foundation,and also managing youth projects in Punta Youth and Sports Club Association.
Educational pathway
in non formal education,one of the most important part for me was local training courses of my organization.I had chance to learn how to design a programme and case work for training course and lecture knowledge on fund raising,budgeting,project management,information technologies and public relations,self development elements.After my formal education period, when i started to use non formal methods on my trainings,it was obvious to see increasing of knowledge among youngsters.They are more interested in topics and more motivates to learn.
I believe that it is the biggest step of creating active citizens in Europe.
