Hey there!
My name is Ana and I’ve been active in the field of youth since I was very young. I discovered Youth (Youth in Action) program when I was 19 and it was love on first sight. I started to facilitate trainings from year 2006 and I can freely say that for me it is more pleasure than work. I like to work with creative, funny and inspiring people. My biggest achievements are friendships that the groups I facilitate always establish and the reflections about creative approach.

Educational pathway
I graduated high school in year 2003 in social sciences in First Belgrade Gymnasium. After that I entered university where I started to study tourism and environmental protection and I graduated bachelor level. I prolonged my studies a bit because I decided to do EVS mean while. I did my EVS in Slovenia in Organization MOZAIK that was mainly working with children and youth from minority groups (Roma community, immigrants and refugees). I prolonged my staying in Slovenia by continuing to work for organization Mozaik for additional year where I was involved in UNHCR and INTI program of protection of human rights. My staying in Slovenia helped me a lot to learn the language, live in multicultural surrounding and learn a lot about project management, work with children and youth and development of organization. After I came back to Serbia I finished my studies and funded a new NGO that is dealing with different educational and environmental programs, as well programs of mobility, solidarity and humanity of youth. My further non formal education brought me to the path of becoming international trainer for intercultural learning, environment and project management. Those three most common topics that Im dealing with also connected my organization with the local government with which I am organizing lines of social and educational activities for local youth (improvement of volunteerism, mobility, activism of young people, intercultural and international exchanges and different environmental actions).
I have took part in many international training as participants, and Im still eager to learn a lot by accepting new possibilities for training and getting new trainer skills.
