Exercise, Group Building Activity
"Take your Pick is a teambuilding exercise, which at the same could be used to stimulate some reflection about Human Rights.
- Set a common challenge for the group to overcome
- Establish roles in the group
- Build trust
- Get a first feel with Human Rights and the importance of them
The participants get as a starting the task mission to get the best possible result as possible in 60 min. After, they get a list of activities they can do (some individual, some in small groups some with the whole group). Before they can start they have to make a plan of which of the activities will be done/when and by whom. The activities with link to Human Rights get more points but might take longer, while pointless tasks bring a lot of points very fast.
