How to Use the Questionnaires

Participants receive pre-questionnaire to complete before the Training Course

They send a copy back to their SALTO Resource Centre so trainers & co-ordinator can assess their needs before course starts.

Participants bring a copy of their pre-questionnaire to the course

At the end of the training course the post-questionnaire is completed by participants, using their copy of the pre-questionnaire answers to compare how much more they have learned.

3 – 6 months after the training course, the participants are sent a follow-up questionnaire which they complete according to their results of the pre- and post- questionnaires.

You can then use the quantitative and qualitative data from all 3 questionnaires to write an evaluation report of the training course - to assess the quality of the course and to improve future courses.
