Rural Youth Inclusion and Employment

Organisation RASEL from Coka, Serbia is looking for partner organisations from European Union, Macedonia, Turkey and Western Balkans for project “Rural Youth Inclusion and Employment” that will be submitted to EACEA on April 2015 deadline within Western Balkan Youth Window of Erasmus+.

Project “Rural Youth Inclusion and Employment” includes:
- training course that will gather 26 youth workers and young leaders from 8 partner organisations (each partner will send 3 participants) and aims to provide them with skills and knowledge regarding inclusion, information, communication, empowerment, support and employment of young people from rural communities in Europe using available tools and resources, EU mechanism, advocacy skills for cooperation with decision makers, etc. Methodology used is based on standard non-formal education such as brainstorming, simulations, discussions, presentations, etc.
- youth exchange within project will gather 48 young people (5 young people and 1 group leader from each partner organization) and will aim to work directly with young people from rural communities in order to develop their leadership skills, achieve positive impact on local community and create positive approach to inclusion of young people from rural areas of Europe. Series of outdoor activities, discussions, simulations and debates will be organized in Coka and surrounding area.
