Re-inventing ea(r)ting

Our feeding habits are unconscious. Food has a story that we can't ignore. We are going to re-invent the art of eating.

We will be living in community in an eco-village. There, the process of food is slow, sustainable and real. Inhabitants of the eco-village in Spain will take part in some activities in order to learn about different styles of living. We will share our learning process and get to know the real origin of the food we find in our plates and all its properties. We are what we eat and we want to be healthy.
