The training on entrepreneurship of Roma “Keras Buki” that in Romani means “Lets Work” program has as aim to combat both discrimination and youth unemployment.

The training on entrepreneurship of Roma “Keras Buki” that in Romani means “Lets Work” program has as aim to combat both discrimination and youth unemployment as a common problem in Europe. The accession of Roma and the reinforcement of entrepreneurship are goals that promoted excessively in EU. This program using tools of non-formal learning and international networking of participants will provide its participants with key elements helping them to know how to work with other unemployed Roma youngsters in their countries. The stakeholders of the project will implement a complex, innovative and dynamic solution for Roma entrepreneurship, an educational-training of 2 phases which includes training for multipliers and then a monitoring of the development of practical business skills. Participants will be authorized to transmit their skills in entrepreneurship in their communities (in a practical way, creating four creative and innovative workshops and theory on economic responsibility and business planning) to unemployed youth from vulnerable groups as Roma.
In 11 days of training, will be given the opportunity to participants and future business multipliers, to work in an inspiring learning and sharing context, using innovative and interactive methods such as role playing, simulations and drama methods, workshops, peer learning, graphic facilitation , storytelling, debates and media applications.
The synergies within the new Multipliers Network and international stakeholders interested in entrepreneurship will work to create new methods and tools to awaken young people's participation in entrepreneurship in their local communities and beyond and active role in the fight against unemployment. The fact that the program has to do with Roma is also a good opportunity to participants to understand the current situation in Roma entrepreneurship and fight against discrimination. In the context of the challenges of the Education and Training 2020, the results of targeting a high quality management of international projects program:
• Collection of creative business plans to be made by the multipliers during training
• The manual "Start your business" for young entrepreneurs with detailed steps you can follow to start the business, legal documents, legislation, taxation, banking, financial resources, marketing, diagrams budget and useful models finances and responsibilities, successful business ideas youth and networking
• Curriculum workshops on entrepreneurship to be used in monitoring activities with young people and other local / regional economic education programs in schools, youth centers, camps, extracurricular activities

Will contribute to improving the quality and effectiveness of entrepreneurship at institutions of education and training where disseminated and will have a positive impact on young people, as they will have greater power to find a job or create one.
