Employment issues in farming

Farming and agriculture requires true skill and expertise. Family techniques and trades can be lost because offspring no longer wish to continue in their parents shoes.
Passing techniques through workstay and woofing is an attribute, how effective is it? And what are the costs for the farm/ranch?
This youth exchange will create effective media, to spread awareness of farming and its benefits. It will also research into effective strategies for retaining the farming industry.

We are searching for organisations and youth groups that are able to send participants, who are interested in farming and agriculture.
