Be the leader, be the change

Training course "Be the leader, be the change" will take place in Leszno, Poland in May 2015 and it will last
for 6 working days. Training will gather 25 participants, from 5 partner
organizations from 5 countries, young people that are youth workers or volunteer
coordinators involved in various forms of voluntary work and leadership.
The main theme of this training course is young people’s competences needed for
successful leadership of volunteering activities/initiatives/projects.
After this training course, we expect participants to be able to initiate, develop, prepare,
implement and evaluate an independent youth volunteering initiative/project according to
their competencies.
The training will provide practical work, Interactive learning based on the participants'
needs. Trainers and participants will share innovative approaches, methodologies and tools,
and plan new initiatives.
