Sabai Trening

Sabai Trening was founded in 2016 in the east part of Hungary where the rate of unemployment and poverty is one of the highest in the country. This region is close to the border where people are facing various migration and refugee issues, geographical and economical obstacles, educational difficulties. Despite of the fact that the area has been developing in the past few years it is still lacking possibilities for local people. We need sustainable solutions for social inclusion, skills development, vocational training and social entrepreneurship. Our aim is to improve people’s skills and opportunities in order to be more competent in the labor market both in national and international level and become active members of their society.

Sabai is a Thai expression, meaning “physical well-being“, “tranquility“, “happiness”. This is our philosophical approach that describes us the best during the learning process where we help people to stay balanced and develop a relaxed attitude towards life.

Sabai Trening is a non-profit organization where we use the most effective educational methods by following the latest researches and techniques.
Our aim is to create sustainable development on personal and organizational level while emphasizing the importance of cooperation, equality, inclusion and peace building. At Sabai Trening by strengthening awareness of cultural and economic diversity through learning new competences we develop our society and build a world where people feel empowered to live a conscious and happy life in harmony with their environment.

Our team is a group of highly qualified professional project managers and trainers with extensive international experience both in Europe and Asia, who know how to share knowledge and create supportive environment with different coaching techniques, non-formal educational tools, experiential learning and nature based educational methods.

Our mission is to strengthen awareness of social responsibility, environmental consciousness and mindful living by offering high-quality creative trainings and workshops with sustainable outcomes for groups, NGO-s or companies worldwide.
