The main activity of the IPA “Voice of Heart” is a comprehensive support to the following target groups:
 Young people after 18 years old, living in closed mental care institutions of the Republic of Belarus;
 Children with disabilities, living in closed care institutions of the country;
 Orphan children.
The Association is actively involved in project activities aimed at raising public awareness about the problems and life of focus groups, to protect their interests, creating favorable conditions for their life and continued personal development.

We help those people who can't help themselves!

This organisation is open to/works with young people with fewer opportunities: Our organization supports people with intellectual and mental disabilities. One of the most vulnerable groups are young people aged over 18 who have no opportunity to continue their education, to be employed, as well as communicate and have an interesting and useful leisure time as their peers may. We are making efforts to create for them a system of continuous education, training, and are looking for an opportunity for them to go to another country and see how they live their peers who have similar problems, learn from them, to make friends for futher communication.
