Europe on the Move

“Europe on the Move” is a Bulgarian non-for-profit organization, based in Sofia. Its creation is inspired by the ever closer integration of Bulgaria with the European Union, which brings the necessity of taking further the activities that aim to promote European values and cooperation.

Our organisation is trying to create productive environment for collaboration with partners on local, national and European level. We seek to disseminate information about different European funding opportunities in more accessible and understandable way for young people and local communities. We believe this is one of the means to support local and regional bodies, NGOs and the business in improving their project culture and absorption capacities. Furthermore we help them develop social-aware projects of the highest quality.

How do we achieve that? Mainly through preparing, managing and participating in numerous European projects in the fields as active citizenship, sustainable development, international non-formal education, cooperation with neighbours in Southeast Europe and Mediterranean. Over seminars, conferences, round tables, workshops and trainings we achieve our goals and expand our network.

The members of our organization are young people, coming from different backgrounds and highly experienced in variety of youth activities. We are open to contribute with our expertise to any sustainable network of like-minded organisations. Creativity, initiative, European awareness – this is what we are looking for!
