Asociación Juvance

JUVANCE means "juventud para el avance" (Youth for progress) in Spanish.
For our staff of professionals it means being social entrepreneurs and keeping the passion for social purposes, in a modern concept of NGO. The projects and mobilities promoted by the Association are destined to every citizen, and can take place on a local, national and international level, taking advantage of partnerships and networks with other public and private organizations. Any citizen, regardless of age, gender, occupation, race and nationality can become a member of the JUVANCE. We want to enrich the educational, social and cultural life of young people living in our country, mainly young people with fewer opportunities.

JUVANCE is an open door to new projects, where citizens and communities can realize their ideas and their dreams. Our structure is based on the work of our Human Resources, which aims at intercultural learning, through unpaid internships, language courses, training sessions, seminars and workshops, field trips, professional and cultural visits, corporate contacts and volunteer work, all in the scope of International Mobility Programs like Erasmus +, and free-time activities in the areas of sports, adventure and culture.

JUVANCE fosters the dissemination of information about the initiatives and opportunities promoted by the European Union in different fields, through both internet and social networks, and organizing specific public events.

The association intends to contribute to the training of citizens through intercultural mobility, making them more critical, aware, innovative and creative, developing an entrepreneurial spirit which leads to active, responsible, supportive and participant citizenship.
