-The training is open for the participation of youth workers and youth leaders, working/volunteering in small size youth organizations or working/volunteering in youth organizations that are active in rural areas of their country.
-The participants should be well informed about their organisation (if they are part of any) and prepared to explain their “activities” to the other participants.
-Training is open to participants with physical disabilities. Unfortunately, we do not have adequate facilities for visually impaired.
-The participants should be a legal resident in a Youth in Action Program Country.
-The participants must be 18 years or older.
-The working language of the training course will be English, so the participants should be able to work comfortably in English.
-The participants should be be committed to attend the full duration of the seminar.
-No prior experience on information technologies are needed.

Board and lodging will be provided by Turkish National Agency. Travel costs of the selected participants will be covered by the sending National Agency of the participant. Please check before applying with your National Agency, if they accept to cover the travel costs for this training course.
