The Social Leader Forum focuses on professional exchange of best practice examples and on professionalize the work of civil society actors from the Caucasus region including inputs from international experts and peer-to-peer study visits.
The Social Leader Forum focuses on professional exchange of best practice and promoting interdisciplinary dialogue among civil society actors from the Caucasus region. The civil society in the Caucasus region is facing many challenges concerning development, sustainability, cooperation and in the relation with the population. Together, we want to openly address these obstacles and work on common solutions. For more information please visit http://www.cb.joint-civic-education.net/index.php?id=318 Meetings and Study Visits The Social Leader Forum consists of two meetings in Georgia and Turkey (April and November) and a one-week study visit in a fellow colleague’s working environment between June and November. Questions addressed at the meetings: > How to apply entrepreneurial instruments to increase success? > How to cooperate with the business sector and the public administration? > How to secure long-term funding? > How to attract and activate people? > How to be more effective? > How to work in a conflict environment? Costs

Expenses for travel, accommodation and lodging for the duration of the program's activities will be covered by Joint Civic Education. A participation fee of 50 EUR is required at the Kick-off meeting.
