"SEE Balkan For Diversity" Partnership Building Activity (PBA)

OBJECTIVES: •To provide information about cooperation opportunities between the Programme countries and the South East Europe (SEE) within the Youth in Action (YiA) framework with putting accent on actions 3.1 “a” (youth exchanges) and “b” (training and networking). •To provide space for new partnerships between youth workers from Programme and SEE countries. •To understand the basics of quality partnerships and to be able to develop the quality partnership on international level •To support the permanent priority of the YiA Programme – promoting the Cultural diversity with its different aspects in relation to the cooperation with/in SEE in society and within specific YiA projects •To encourage the development of the basis of the future common YiA project ideas dealing with and promoting the cultural diversity. PROFILE OF THE PARTICIPANTS •Youth workers and youth leaders dealing with or interested in dealing with the promotion of cultural diversity •Having basic knowledge, understanding and experience of the cultural diversity issues and promotion of intercultural dialogue, both on personal (individual) level but also on the organisational level •Able to enter into legal partnerships on behalf of their organisation •Committed to take active role in further development of partnerships and project ideas started on this PBA •Able to communicate in English •Over 18 years old •10 participants from SEE and 20 participants from Programme countries •Participants are obliged to participate 100% of the sessions organised within the framework of the PBA.
