The objectives of this Seminar are:
- to develop and create measurable, functional and sustainable systems and patterns of organizational work in regard to the projects of the YIA programme, in SEE
- to establish a platform for future common principles in the development of projects of the YIA programme in SEE
- to share and analyze experiences of organizations and individuals, of dealing with projects of the YIA programme, from Programme Countries and as well as from SEE countries
- to create possibilities for collaboration and partnerships from all countries/organizations involved with this project.

The seminar is organized by the Council for Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency – SPPMD, NGO from Kavadarci, Macedonia.
Since September 2005 SPPMD works as a Contact Point for the YOUTH/YiA Programme in Macedonia, nominated by the SALTO SEE RC.

Costs
The food and accommodation will be provided and paid by the organizers. 70% of travel costs ( up to certain limits per countries ) will be reimbursed by bank transfer after the course.
