Aim:
Improvement of the quality of the EVS hosting projects by developing the competencies in analyzing and dealing with conflicts
Objectives:
-To clarify the roles of all partners in EVS projects (SO, HO, volunteer, NA) with main focus on rights and responsibilities of the co-ordinators and mentors
-To raise awareness of possible reasons leading to conflicts in EVS projects
-To further develop understanding of cultural differences of the participants in EVS projects
-To share experience in EVS projects
-To explore a new features of EVS under Youth in Action
Methods and techniques:
role plays, interactive discussions, group work, simulations, case studies, individual thinking, problem solving games, drama, brainstorming, group facilitations, icebreakers, reflection methods etc.

Programme costs and costs for board and lodging will be paid by the Czech National Agency of the YOUTH in Action Programme. Travel costs of participants can paid by their sending National Agencies; please check with your NA.
