Need-Based Methods Laboratory - Learning and Partner Finding

The Need-Based Method Lab will look at working with young people from our practical point of view. It gives youth workers an opportunity to come aware of their working methods and develop other ways of working with young people. These can be designed active methods and/or more general ways of working. Participants come to the training with their need. It may be a thing your young people complain or quarrel about, something that bothers them and should be discussed. You can evaluate your own ways of dealing with young people and try new ways to explore topics. Methods give young people an opportunity to learn about their topic of interest. We will also look at youth exchanges as a way to explore the same topics together and find good methods to discuss them.
