This course is continuance of previous courses "Smart Blonde", "Skinned off in Prague" and "Message in the bottle" which we organized in Prevent organization. In our course are participating 30 youth workers from 6 european countries (Hungary, Italy, Rumunsko, Lithuania, Spain and CzechRepublic). We want to share same space with european professionals and active volunteers in topics: learning by experience as a method, how to use it, how to create your own activities, how to create pedagogic goals and implement them into game or activity. TC is prepared for those who want to recognize experiential learning as a non-formal method on you selves. First part is focused on experiences as a self-development. Second part is focused on theory of learning by experience and third part is about finding your own ways to create games and activities. We want to share and use knowledge of every member. Training course should be an opportunity to explore non-formal learning through creativity and programme dramaturgy. During the project we also want to introduce Czech Republic and Czech way of non-formal learning with focusing on multicultural difference. We want to spend time with in the meaning of discovering our own attitude to the topic. And we still using words like teambuilding, icebreaker, and energizers and so on. Do we really know what does it mean? Do we use them or abusing them? How many our games or activities we created before? Were they inspiring in that time? What is changed? Finally we want to find a foreign proffesionals in work with non-formal learning to closer partnership.
