CREATIVITY & INNOVATION IN YIA.

Training Course

4-10 June 2012 | Guadarrama (Madrid), Spain

This training course aim to give creative and innovative tools to youth workers in order to increase the quality in their projects and offer answers to different issues in YiA.
This training course aims to promote Creativity and Innovation within YiA Projects. Breaking it down, here’s what we want to do: 1. Supporting youth workers and youth leaders to think in innovative ways of approaching youth related topics and develop creative solutions to increase the impact and efficiency of youth activities; 2. To analyze each step of a project (preparation, implementation, evaluation and follow up) and develop creative solutions to improve these steps in terms of process and quality results. 3. To develop innovative methodologies that increase effective participation of all project-actors involved in youth projects: partners, youngsters, local communities, policymakers.
