Leading our way - self development through self directed learning for yourself and your community

Leading our way is about learning as a journey. As a way where you can choose a direction to walk towards. Where your choice is an important part of the journey. And on your way, you are not walking alone. You are connected to many other people that are going with you. Leading the way is about bringing those paths together. The workshop is about self development that is connected with yourself and your communities. Together we will explore where you are at the moment in your life and where you would like to be going → Self discovery. You are connected to people around you and you may be connected to people around you, to a group of people, that sharing the same values, that are the environment of your self discovery and self development → Building community. Me and you and we only exist in the bigger picture of life, so this is another important direction we want to invite you to look at –> Life awareness. The programme will be the result of our common journey and we all have the responsibility for it. It will develop during the online preparation process and during the time we will be together in Poland. The programme will be made by all of us (by you, other participants and facilitators) together. Therefore it is blank for now and will be put together during the preparation process that starts in November 2011. Important: This workshop is dedicated to your personal development, not your professional development.
