Towards a common European level Training of Trainers strategy

Train trainers to ensure high quality European level youth worker trainings is an important quality aspect of Youth in Action. Over the past few years, training of/for youth trainers at European level has become a key working area for many structures and institutions traditionally involved in youth worker training. Given the limited human and financial resources available for this kind of training, many stakeholders identified the need to try and develop a coherent training strategy for trainers at European level.

Please find below some pieces of a mosaic, which aims to support the development of a common European level Training of Trainers strategy and herewith the recognition of different aspects:
