"Young people with fewer opportunities" are young people that are at a disadvantage compared to their peers because they face one or more of the situations and obstacles listed below.
This "Inclusion Strategy" aims to ensure the accessibility of the "Youth in Action" programme for young people with fewer opportunities, and to stimulate its use to enhance social inclusion, active citizenship and employability of these young people.
