Provisional programme
The programme consists of two parts, but the first one is optional:
1. About inclusion in YiA and SALTO RC in general (only for the newcomers, 21 March, morning) OPTIONAL

- Inclusion strategy
- The SALTO Inclusions’ role
- Inclusion tools and resources
2a. Social challenges in urban areas (starts in the afternoon on 21 March):
- Long Term Training Course "Urban Youth": first results and outcomes
- Reality check (problems, experience, involvement in YiA programme)
- What are the obstacles and prospects for urban youth in Europe?
- Community mapping and networking, from local to international projects
- Local reality: project visit in Budapest
- YiA as a tool for urban youth: what we can offer?
- Setting up concrete action plans for addressing some of the challenges
2b. Evaluating YiA Inclusion strategy (23 March, afternoon)
- Short intro about the current inclusion strategy
- What are the results and how to make them visable?
- What can be done in future?
Practicalities
- Hosting NA: Hungarian NA
- Venue: European Youth Centre, Budapest, Hungary
- Arrival for the newcomers (attending part 1): Tuesday, 20 March 2012 (in the evening, starting to work in the morning on 21st)
Arrival of other colleagues (attending part 2): Wednesday, 21 March 2012 (flight arriving before 14h at Budapest airport) - Departure: Saturday, 24 March 2012 (after breakfast)
- Participants pay: own travel to/from venue, accommodation (costs for lodging & meals for 3 days will be app 250 - 300€/per participant). The costs have to be paid at the spot, by the participants
