EuroMed without Borders

This activity is designed to encourage partnership building and new projects among promoters from Programme Countries and Meda Countries about the subject of Migration(s) in the framework of the Youth in Action programme and Euromed Youth IV


In fact, next year will the launch of Euromed Youth IV (1st deadline for apply will be 1st June 2011) will be very important to provide possibilities to NGOs of both sides of Mediterranean Sea to know the new programme and to create new partnership in order to develop the Programme and to support creation of quality projects.

The topic of Migration(s) as background of the PBA has been chosen due the social important of that issue in the whole area and the need to encourage new international dynamics within the actors working about it.


Nowadays, migrations and projects dealing with young migrants are very sensitive and important topics in the working agenda of every Euro-Med organization. For this reason, it will be very important to provide possibilities to share and to create projects about such topics bringing both sides of Mediterranean Sea toghter.

The presence and cooperation of Programme and Meda countries is the necessary basement of the development of qualitative projects.

It will be important; also, to provide participants and their NGOs the possibilities to share new educational tools for working about Migrations(s) with Youth at national level too.


The new programme Euromed IV will be a new tool and a new impulse of new co operations.

 

Aims and objectives:
By facilitating establishment of sustainable partnerships and projects development (European Voluntary Service, Youth Exchange projects and Training and Networking projects), the PBS has the following objectives :
- To explore quality aspects of sustainable international partnership and international youth projects
- To learn about the social work with migrants in different countries/regions
- To reflect and explore possibilities of non-formal education activities within the Youth in Action Programme and Euromed Youth IV to support projects with focus Migration(s)
- to support participants to identify and start projects development in the frame of the cooperation with neighbouring countries.

Target group :

Youth leaders, Youth workers, Project managers working in the filed of Youth with a special focus of Migrations and Young migrants.
