The network is based on voluntarism, honesty and transparency of all members, open communication between the members and positive approach towards the work;
Each member is a valuable resource and committed to reach the aim of the network;
Every member undertakes and understands the key principles of Youth in Action programme (Youth participation; Active citizenship; Non-formal education; Equal opportunities for all; Intercultural dialogue and learning, etc.) and provides accessibility to information and resources for the network and its stakeholders.
Creativity and innovation is a key factor for the members' activities within the network;
International youth cooperation is a value itself and not just a sum of international projects;
