Network Structure

The National level - National Teams of Multipliers

• The network consists of members subdivided into the National Teams of Multipliers;
• National Teams of Multipliers will have meetings every 6 months (held face to face or in virtual space), which can also be supported financially by SALTO EECA;
• SALTO representatives will visit the meetings of the National Teams of Multipliers in their countries possible one every year;

The International level - the Working Groups

• The members of the Network can form Working Groups (WG) to address particular interests and needs through international cooperation;
• The number of the WGs is based on the need and is not limited;
• All the members of the Network can join the WGs (one or few) on voluntary basis;
• The members of the WGs should be committed to perform tasks related to the WGs in addition to their regular Multiplying activities. They should be competent in the area of the working and/or would like to become competent in the identified fields;
• Each WG decides its own way of work (frequency of meetings on-line, in person, etc.);
• The WG meetings can also be co-financed by SALTO EECA;
• SALTO EECA officers as a part of the Network can also be involved into work of WGs;

The annual meeting - the Meeting of the Network Representatives

• The annual meeting of the Network Representatives is the meeting of the representatives of the WGs (1-2 person per WG, depending on the number of the WGs) and representatives of the National Teams of Multipliers (1-2 person per country, depending on a common agreement);
• Each National Team and WG will decide on their own criteria/procedure concerning how and who of their members will be delegated to the annual meeting of the Network Representatives;
• The annual meeting of the Network Representatives has the purpose of informing each other, consultation, evaluation and reporting work performed in previous year. The duration of the annual meeting is 2-3 days.

The General Assembly

• Once every 2-3 years the whole network can have a joint meeting - General Assembly, for taking strategic decisions and not losing the team spirit;
• The money for holding the General Assembly should be raised by SALTO EECA and the Network jointly (among the various possible sources of co-funding);
