• The No Barriers No Borders booklet (about mixed ability projects) and the Over the Rainbow booklet (about LesBiGay projects) are updated to reflect the new Youth in Action programme, mistakes were corrected and old information was taken out.

05mar08 > SALTO Inclusion goes eBay - order SALTO Inclusion booklets online

• SALTO Inclusion was victim of its own success - the SALTO Inclusion for All publications ran out of stock within weeks of their launch.
• Therefore SALTO Inclusion launched the SALTO Inclusion eBay store to make its SALTO Inclusion for All booklets available for a small charge. With these contributions SALTO Inclusion can recover some of the printing, handling & shipping costs - and reprint all the booklets that are currently out of stock.

05mar08 > Call for Participants - SALTO TC EMpower Ethnic Minority women - deadline 6 April 08

• The SALTO TC EMpower course is taking place in UK from 18-24 May 2008. It is a course about the empowerment of Ethnic Minority young women. We are currently looking for youth workers working with this target group & topic to apply for this course.

20feb08 > Get me in! - Leaflet explaining the Inclusion Strategy

• What is in the Inclusion Strategy? The 'Get me In' leaflet shows youth workers what special measures there are in the Inclusion Strategy of the Youth in Action programme, to make it easier to set up projects for and with them.

12feb08 > Turkish NA starts translation 'Making Waves' and 'Village International'

• The Turkish National Agency of the Youth in Action programme started the translation of the 2 newest SALTO Inclusion booklets: 'Making Waves' & 'Village International'
• They will be added to the Making Waves page and Village International page when ready

15jan08 > Village International - setting up rural youth projects - now available

• The "Village International" booklet about setting up youth projects in rural & geographically disadvantaged areas is ready. Village International is based on the SALTO TC Rural in Turkey.
• Download or order Village International online (in pdf format)

15dec08 > SALTO EECA & Polish NA translate 'No Barriers No Borders' into Russian & Polish

• The SALTO colleagues of the Eastern Europe & Caucasus Resource Centre and the Polish YiA National Agency started translating the No Barriers No Borders booklet into both Russian and Polish language to be ready for a seminar in May
• The new versions will be added to the No Barriers No Borders page when ready

04dec08 > Making Waves - more impact with your youth project - available now

• "Making Waves" is a practical youth work booklet about how to reach more impact (make waves) with your youth project: practical tips for raising the visibility of your project and for disseminating and exploiting your project results. A must for all Youth in Action project organisers!
