DetailsThe Training Course is designed for youth leaders, educators and multipliers working with
young adults in the Euro-Mediterranean Area:

- Motivated to contribute to the work of the training course and to develop or undertake future activities in the areas of gender equality mainstreaming
- Ready to act as multipliers and to prepare requested material by the training team
- Be active within an organisation or project active in the field of youth,social inclusion and/or gender equality mainstreaming
- Be able to communicate and work in English

The programme of the course is designed and conducted by a multicultural team of experienced and creative trainers working on gender issues; peace building in conflict areas; intercultural, interfaith dialogue; with arts as a tool for social change.
They will be complemented by resource experts for specific parts of the course.
CostsThe 70 % of travel expenses are reimbursed (on presentation of the relevant receipts. Board and lodging as well as all the materials provided for the course and any activity taking place during the duration of the course will be paid for by the Take That Gender! project. Participant's fee: 35 euros for Meda participants; 45 for EU participants.

Organizer's profile/framework of activityComitato Provinciale Arcigay Il Cassero is one of the key associations involved in gender and sexual orientation identities issues in Italy. It represents a meeting place for a big part of the LGBTQ community in Bologna. Take that Gender! creative outcomes will be presented during the 6th edition of Gender Bender Festival, an international Festival dedicated to introducing the Italian public to the new imagery related to gender dentity, sexual orientation and body representation stemming from contemporary culture.
