5-13 October 2008 | seminar- Portugal, training course- Spain, evaluation meeting- Poland, Portugal

LTTC is aimed to empower&train young people to develop local actions&associative strategies based on participation, ICL, human rights from European perspective. It consists of 5phases: 3meetings, local needs analysis&local actions implementation periods.
LTTC will consist of 5 phases: 3 meetings (Seminar- Portugal; Training course- Spain; Evaluation seminar- Poland)and local needs analysis&local actions implementation periods which will be conducted by the participants in their local communities and followed through internet platform
